Investing in VT Vanneck Funds

Valu-Trac (our administrator) provides online forms to invest in VT Vanneck Funds.

Help filling in the forms:

1. Which share class to choose?
   1. Vanneck Global Equity Income = B
   2. Vanneck Defensive = Inc or Acc
   3. Vanneck Global Growth = G
2. ​Accumulation or Income units? Depends on your preference to receive dividends or to have them reinvested.

Instructions:

Once you’ve pressed send on the forms:

• Valu-Trac will email you to check the signature (so check junk mailbox).
• In due course - likely that day - you will receive an SMS (Text) from SmartSearch.
  • This is to collect anti-money laundering information (an irksome but mandatory legal requirement)
  • To date, it has been a very efficient service and a marked improvement on sending certified copies of passport/utility bills etc.
• Once your AML has been confirmed:
  • The trade will go through at the next 12pm weekday dealing point.
• Valu-Trac will email a contract note in the afternoon of the dealing date.
  • This contract note will give bank details of where and when to send money.
  • Feel free to double-check the bank details verbally with Vanneck or Valu-Trac.
  • The money can be sent immediately but it's not technically required until 4 days after dealing date.

 
Finally:

• Paper forms are available on Valu-Trac's website if you’d prefer to fill them out and post.
• MOST IMPORTANTLY, please let us know once the forms have been submitted so that we can check with Valu-Trac that you’re being looked after!
