Investing in Vanneck EIS

This webpage is only intended for professional investors known to Vanneck Ltd with whom we've already discussed Vanneck EIS.  Vanneck Ltd will not accept Commitment Letters from any investors whom we do not know and we do not think are suitable for Vanneck EIS.

Commitment Letter

1. The Commitment Letter can be downloaded here. Please read the entirety of it closely.
2. Yellow highlighted parts denote where information and signatures are required.
3. Send the completed and signed letter to [email protected]. 

Sending Funds:​

• Investors are able to place tranches of their investment with the custodian, and choose this quantum in the Commitment Letter.
  • E.g. an investor committing £600k over 3 years might choose to put £200k with the custodian every year for 3 years.
• Once we have confirmed receipt of the Commitment Letter and eligibility for Vanneck EIS, please send the first tranche of funds to our custodian's bank account below.
  • Sort-Code = 80-20-00
  • Account Number = 10310463
  • Account Name = WCSL VANNECK EIS CLIENT ACC
• For security purposes, these details should match those on page 2 of the Commitment Letter, and please call us to confirm verbally, too.

 
Other Points to Note:

• We can arrange for the Commitment Letter to be signed and witnessed electronically if easier. Do let us know if you would prefer to do that.
• MOST IMPORTANTLY, please let us know when funds have been transferred so that we can confirm safe receipt.
